Hotel Shuttle Information
Carbon neutral shuttles to and from all official conference hotels (other than the Hyatt McCormick Place hotel) will run approximately every 15 minutes during the times listed below. Visit the Information Desk in the Grand Concourse of the convention center or your hotel front desk to pick up a more detailed shuttle flyer. Due to traffic patterns in downtown Chicago, not every hotel will have a physical shuttle stop and you may have to walk 1-2 blocks to another conference hotel to access the shuttle.

Monday, May 6 6:30 am – 11:00 am

Tuesday, May 7 6:30 am – 11:00 am
(no midday service)
3:00 pm – 7:30 pm
(service will be provided from the convention center to the Field Museum and from the Field Museum to the hotels for those attending the AWEA Conference Dinner)
Wednesday, May 8 7:00 am – 11:00 am
(no midday service)
1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
